- 1. The subject of the order is the delivery of a factory new unmarked vehicle with a plug-in hybrid in the Kombi-Van version for the Prevention Department of the Provincial Police Headquarters in Szczecin by 05.12.2025.
2. The applicant provides for the possibility of increasing the amount of ordered vehicles under the right of options by a maximum of 1 item.
After the expiry the indicated date, the exercise of the right of the options may only take place after the contractor's consent. The date of implementation of the option no later than to day 12.12.2025
3. The order, size, quantity and detailed requirements regarding the order were specified in the detailed description of the subject of the contract constituting Annex 1a to the planned provisions of the contract and in Annex 6 to SWZ.
4. The applicant requires the contractor to be provided in the offer In addition to the price, also:
- brands, model, version and year of vehicle production;
- an internal combustion engine (in CM3)
- maximum net power of the internal combustion and electrical engine (total) (in KW);
- reversing camera equipment;
- warranty on mechanical, electrical and electronic components unlimited vehicle, served in the months
- warranty on the paint coating of the vehicle, given in months;
- warranty on the perforation of the vehicle body elements, given in months;
5. The resource requires that the vehicle purchased under the option should be identical to the basic vehicle (guaranteed) .
