Description:
1. The subject of the order is the delivery of a factory -new vehicle - a wuko type rinsing.
2. General measures of the subject of the contract: 1) Supplied sucking vehicle - WUKO rinsing must be brand new, manufactured not earlier than in 2025. It should have a 4x2 drive, an automatic gearbox gears, permissible mass
total: 1800kg, meet the requirements of Euro 6 or equivalent and all teams and components factory new, free from physical and legal defects; 2) the Contractor will deliver the vehicle to the place indicated by the Ordering Party, located on area Sulmierzyce communes. 3. Delivery description of the subject of the contract, including the list of minimum required technical and utility parameters, equipment for a sucking vehicle-a wuko type rinsing vehicle has been indicated in a detailed description of the subject of the contract constituting Annex 1 to SWZ and designed
provisions contracts.
4. GWARATION.
The warranty period for the entire subject of the contract is a minimum of 24 months (the warranty period is a criterion beyond the price - excluding elements consuming) counting from the date of signing the disagreement of the delivery and acceptance protocol. The warranty period extends period warranty. The Ordering Party is entitled to full rights under the warranty for physical defects arising from the provisions of the Civil Code within the terms specified there - regardless of the warranty rights.
The contracting authority provides for the annual mileage of about 7000 km.
