Description:
1. The subject of the order is the supply of fiber optic cables for the expansion of the TASK network. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Appendix No. 4 to the SWZ. 3. The order also includes transport of the subject of the order along with insurance along the entire route, unloading and bringing the subject of the order to designated place on the campus of the Gdańsk University of Technology. 4. The contractor is obliged to complete the order on the terms and conditions described in the contract template constituting Appendix No. 3 to SWZ.5. The contractor is obliged to clearly define the offered product, characterizing it by: indication in the price form, constituting Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ, the type, model, manufacturer's name, or other information enabling identification of the offered subject of the order. The price form constitutes the content of the offer.6. The Contractor declares that the subject of the contract is brand new, free from any defects defects and damage, without prior use, made of safe materials and is not subject to third party rights
