Description:
1. The subject of the order is the delivery and supervision of the installation of a pulling tower
fiber optics with a high-temperature furnace, a preform feeding system, a circular fiber winch for the fiber collection system and a control system for feeding, integrating and processing data from individual units functional - hereinafter referred to as the "subject of the order".
2. The requirements and technical parameters of the subject of the order are specified in [Appendix No. 1 to SWZ], which is also a description of the offered subject of the contract (the subject matter of evidence). The Ordering Party reserves the right to call for submission explanations of the content of Annex 1 to the SWZ.
3. The contractor is obliged to provide the features of the offered subject of the contract in order to identify it, in accordance with the table in [Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ].
4. The offered subject of the order must comply with the detailed specifications
description of the subject of the order (Appendix No. 1 to SWZ) and meet the described requirements.
Running from
the day of the deadline for submitting offers, with the first day of the binding period the offer is the day on which the deadline for submitting offers expires. The offer validity period expires on March 18, 2026.
6. The proceedings are conducted in Polish. All declarations and notifications will be prepared in Polish. The contract will be drawn up in Polish.
