part 1 of the order Field sweatshirt and field pants: field sweatshirt in the amount of 1560 as part of the basic order and up to 1500 as part of the optional order; Field pants in the amount of 3160 items as part of the basic order andup to 3,000 as part of the optional order.
Part 2 Special clothing: Special clothing sweatshirt and special clothing pants: a special clothing sweatshirt in the amount of 1900 as part of the basic order and up to 1850 as part of the optional order; Special clothing pants in quantity1900 pcs. As part of the basic order and up to 1850, as part of an optional order.
The subject of the contract provided as part of the contract must be new and must come from current production. Items made under the right of the option must be identical to the subject provided underbasic orders.
Order regarding part 1 i.e. field sweatshirt and field pants is covered by the requirements arising from the Act of November 17, 2006. on the system of assessing the compliance of products intended for the purposes of defense and state security (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 747) and provisionsexecutive issued on its basis.
