1. The subject of the contract is the supply of the File Data Processing System (SPDP) and expansionBackup system (SKZ), used by the Ordering Party for hardware and software infrastructure for archival archiving - archival data storage system (SSDA), in accordance with the requirements set out in OPZ and the offer.
Under the subject of the contract the Contractor will implement:
1) documentationDesign, along with the transfer of copyrights to the manufactured project documentation;
2) delivery, assembly, configuration and launch of devices;
3) providing, installation and configuration of the software and granting a license to software;
4) testingAcceptance and technical workshops;
5) Providing training (in the form of vouchers).
All system elements must be covered by the warranty for a period of 60 months on the conditions described in the contract. The rules of the contract were set out indraft contract constituting Annex 6 to SWZ.
