- 1. The subject of the order is the supply of fire extinguishing agents for combat vehicles, divided into 7 parts (tasks).
2. The requirements and a detailed description of the subject of the order are specified in Annex No. 1 to the Terms of Reference, which the Ordering Party will provide to the Contractors invited to submit offers, who meet the conditions specified in the announcement.
3. The Ordering Party allows the submission of partial offers.
4. The Ordering Party requires that the order be completed within:
• The subject of the order must be delivered to the Ordering Party within 90 days from the date of conclusion of the contract - within the scope of the task No. 1-4 and within 240 days from the date of conclusion of the contract - in the scope of task No. 5-7, but no later than November 27, 2026 (depending on which of the above-mentioned deadlines expires earlier)
•The optional quantity must be delivered by November 27, 2026.
5. The Ordering Party provides option right in the proceedings in question. The Ordering Party will present the quantities it will use under the option right within 60 days from the date of conclusion of the Agreement. If the Ordering Party fails to meet the deadline, the Contractor must give written consent to deliver deliveries under the option. Contractors don't the Ordering Party is entitled to claim for optional deliveries.
