Description:
The subject of the order is the delivery of fire wire in the range of 3 tasks.
A detailed description of the subject of the contract is specified in the order documents (Annex 4 to SWZ).
Information on the number of individual assortment within each task was specified in Annex 2 to SWZ constituting a documentOrders.
Task No. 1 - Concertina sharpener 0 980 mm
1. The subject of the order is the delivery of the Concertina fire wire 0 980 mm meeting the requirements specified in the order documents, i.e. Annex 4 to SWZ.
2. The terms of the order processing are specified in the order documents (attachmentNo. 3 to SWZ - planned provisions of the contract (hereinafter: PPU)).
3. Type (assortment) and the amount of the subject of the contract ordered by the Ordering Party are specified in the contract documents (Annex 2 to SWZ - price form).
Task No. 2 - Concertina sharpener 0 730 mm
1. SubjectOrders is the delivery of the Concertina fire wire 0 730 mm meeting the requirements specified in the order documents, i.e. Annex 4 to SWZ.
