1 A detailed description of the subject of the skew is taken into account No. 1a to SWZ 3. The offered object of the plait must be brand new, complete, not uncompromising, free from defects, in a functional, not covered by the rights of third -party people and also corresponding to the applicable standards and possessing necessary certificates and approvals in accordance with the applicable regulationsrights (including a CNBP or being approved). These documents will be provided to the Ordering Party before signing the receipt protocou. 5. The Contractor will warn the Ordering Party of the delivery date for at least 2 business days before its planned start. 6. The seller provides a guarantee for the subjectWinterness: min. 24 months.
