Description:
1. The subject of the contract is:
Basic order:
Delivery of four devices (2x NGFW FIREPOWER 4245 and 2 FMC 4700 consoles) together with Cisco software or equivalent devices in accordance with the criteria used by the Ordering Party used to assess equivalence (point VIII OPZ),
installation and initial configuration,
Ensuring technical support and guarantee for NGFW within 12 months from the date of receipt of the devices.

2. The subject of the contract was described in detail in Chapter II SWZ - description of the subject of the contract.
3. The ordering party pursuant to art. 139 of the PZP Act provides for an inverted order
Evaluation of offers, i.e. he will first examine and evaluate the offers, and then perform the subjective qualification of the Contractor,
whose offer was rated the highest, in the scope of no grounds for exclusion and compliance with the conditions
participation in proceedings.
4. The Ordering Party is the administrator of personal data within the meaning of the Regulation
Parliament and the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27.4.2016 on the protection of natural persons in a relationship
with the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directives
95/46/EC, "GDPR".
5. The Contractor submits an offer via the Esaming platform of the Order Office
Public - https://ezamania.gov.pl/pl/.
