- Delivery of five brand new delivery and box trucks 1. Scope of the subject of the order: The subject of the order includes the delivery of five brand new box delivery vehicles for the Municipal Cleaning Company. Limited liability company in Krakow. A detailed description of the terms of execution of the order is included in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. 2. Place of delivery of the subject of the order: Database of the Municipal Purification Company Spółka z o. o. 31-580 Kraków street Nowohucka 1 3. Warranty quality: The Ordering Party requests that the Contractor provide a quality guarantee for the subject of the order for the entire vehicle and all installed devices for a period of min. 36 months or 160,000 km, whichever comes first, counted from the date of purchase (date signing by the Ordering Party (without reservations) of the delivery and acceptance protocol). The warranty period is equal to the period of the quality guarantee. Minimum required warranty period for each traction battery 6 years or 150,000 km, whichever will occur first. 4. Deadline for completing the subject of the order: 4 weeks from signing the contract. 1. Scope of the subject of the order: The subject of the order includes the delivery of five brand-new box trucks for the Municipal Enterprise. Purification Spółka z o. o. in Krakow.
