Ludwik Rydygier in Suwałki in quantities, assortment, specificationprovided in Appendix 4 to SWZ and with the parameters specified in Appendix 5 to SWZ2 The subject of the order will be delivered to the deposit in the Operation Block for at least 1 item of each type of assortment specified in the Assortment Form.- price constituting Appendix No. 5 to the SWZ. Detailed rules for the operation of the deposit are set out in Annex 2a to the Terms of Reference.
