Description:
1. The subject of the order includes the supply of underground battery locomotives for the mine underground railway
along with auxiliary devices (Stage 1 of the order) and service (Stage 2 of the order).
Stage 1 of the order (delivery) includes 3 sub-stages:
1/delivery of 2 pieces of brand new locomotives underground, battery-powered mine underground railways,
2/delivery of 1 piece of a complete station for replacing, charging and diagnostics of accumulator batteries installed on locomotives,
3/delivery of 1 piece of additional, brand new battery.
Stage 2 of the order (for service) includes:
4/service in the post-warranty period and during the warranty period to the extent exceeding the scope of the quality guarantee granted by the Contractor.
2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Part III of the SWZ.
3. The contract in question is a sectoral contract within the meaning of art. 7 point 35) of the Public Procurement Law.
