Description:
1. The subject of the contract is a factory delivery of new, from current production, i.e. from the year of delivery or the year preceding the supply of terrestrial equipment (NOSP) - tugs of aviation equipment in the range and quantities specified in the price form constituting Annex No. 1
to SWZ.
2. Detailed tugs must be new, in the first category, complete and technically efficient and ready to start operation, systems and device tanks filled with operating fluids. The products must be manufactured in accordance with the technical documentation manufacturer.
3. Allows equivalent products. The condition for meeting the requirements of the product equivalence is to meet the technical conditions specified
in Annex 2 to the planned provisions of the contract.
4. The contractor, by offering equivalent products, is obliged to indicate in the section 3 of the price form constituting the attachment No. 1 to SWZ in the scope of equivalent products, their manufacturer, names, type and designation.
In the event of failure to fill in column 3, the Employer will consider that the Contractor submits the offer for the subject of the contract indicated by the Ordering Party.
5. At the same time, the contractor offering products will be delivered to the tug aviation equipment declarations of conformity OIB issued in accordance with the Act of
November 17, 2006 on the system of assessing the compliance of products intended for the purposes of defense and state security (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 747, as amended) and indicated in the Regulation of the Minister of Defense National ...
