Description:
The subject of the order is the supply of fluids and medical devices for continuous renal exit techniques along with lending the device for SPZOZ WSS No. 3 in Rybnik.
The supply specification is included in Annex 1.1, ie "price forms" and Annex 1.2 "Characteristics of the apparatus for performing continuous renal techniques ".
Other terms of the contract are specified in Annex 2 to the specification of the terms of the contract, i.e. the planned provisions of the contract that will be
introduced to the content of the contract /contract provisions.
The contract in the scope of the proceedings will be concluded after completion of these proceedings for a period of 36 months.
