Description:
1. The subject of the order is the supply of 20,000 liters of fluorine-free AR-type foam extinguishing agent to the Central State Fire Service School in Czstochowa. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the order constitutes Annex No. 1 to the specification of the terms of the order. 3. The contractor is obliged to: a clear definition of the subject of the order offered in the offer, characterizing it by indicating a specific product (data allowing identification of the offered foam extinguishing agent, e.g. manufacturer/symbol/marking). 4. The subject of the order must meet the requirements contained in the SWZ and the annexes attached to it. 5. The offered subject of the order must have a valid certificate of approval issued by the Scientific and Research Center for Fire Protection for use in fire protection in accordance with the Regulation of the Ministry of the Interior and Administration of June 20, 2007 on the list of dry goods. ensuring public safety or protection of health, life and property, as well as the rules for issuing approvals for these products for use (Journal of Laws of 2007, No. 143, item 1002, as amended) 6.
