Short description of the subject of the order: The subject of the order is the delivery of food and dairy products: 1) Package 1 - General and food articles, 2) Detailed description of the subject of the contract Includes Annex 2 to SWZ - Price form., 3) The contractor undertakes to provide the goods each time : (a) adequate quality, i.e. fresh, not overdue, not at the end of the expiration date (the relevant date of the expiration date given in a manner visible on the packaging), b) in a suitable species and in appropriate, non-damaged packaging., 4) The rules for the implementation of this delivery are set out by the draft agreement "constituting Annex No. 4 to the SWZ.
