The subject of the order is the successive delivery of foodstuffs in the assortment and quantities given in Annex 2. The quantities are given Estimated demand for 01.01.2026 - 31.12.2026 The contracting authority reserves the implementation of deliveries only during the course of classes.
Articles covered by this procedure must meet the requirements of Polish PN Standards or European harmonized standards, in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Health of July 26, 2016, on the group of foods intended for sale to children and adolescents in units of the education system and the requirements that the foods used as part of the collective nutrition of children and adolescents must meet in these units (Journal of Laws of 2016, item 1154 of 2016.08.01).
