The subject of the order is the supply of food products up to 35 WOG, i.e. vegetables, fruits, tropical fruits, fish, eggs intended for the current nutrition of soldiers implemented on the basis of the Regulation of the Minister of National Defense, the candidate of 4.12.2014 on free food for professional soldiers and soldiers serving (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 1604, as amended), the Regulation of the Minister of National Defense of 24.03.2011 on the food of active soldiers Military Service (Journal of Laws 2019, item 1134, as amended) and other legal acts.
