In cases, when the description of the subject of the contract indicated trademarks, patents or origin, source or special process that characterizes the specifiedProducts or services provided by a specific contractor, this means that the Employer cannot describe the subject of the contract in a sufficiently precise and understandable way, however, in each such situation, the Employer allows an equivalent solution to those described in the above manner.
