- 1. The subject of the order is the supply of various food products to the detention center in Bytom; ul. WrocΕawska 4, 41-902 Bytom and the external branch in Zabrze; Father PaweΕ Janik 12, 41-806 Zabrze. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex 1 to SWZ/Agreement and Annex No.6 to SWZ.
2. The subject of the order was divided into 18 parts (packages).
3. The procedure is conducted in an open tender mode, in accordance with the Act of 11 September 2019 Public Procurement Law (i.e., Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1320).A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex 1 to SWZ/Contract.
