Delivery of food products
task 1 - Water delivery
The Ordering Party does not allow partial offers.
A detailed description of the subject of the contract includes Annex 2B to SWZ.
3.3. Requirements of the Ordering Party regarding the subject of the contract:
1) attaching to the SWZ product specification card
2) Contractorundertakes to supply mineral water originally packed, factory -closed, without signs and signs of damage.
3) minimum shelf life of consumption on the day of delivery not less than 2/3 of the total consumption date given by the manufacturer
4) partial delivery - fromMonday to Friday from 07:00 to 10:00
5) The offered product must have approvals, certificates and be registered in accordance with the law requiring the possession of approvals, certificates and registration,
6) The offered product must correspond to the standards or technical specifications in forcefor this product.
3.4.
