- 1. The subject of the order is: SUPPLY OF FOOD PRODUCTS FOR THE PROVINCE SPECIALIZED HOSPITAL. THE BLESSED VIRGIN MARY IN CZΔSTOCHOWA.
2. The description of the subject of the order was included in the assortment and price forms, constituting Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ. Other terms and conditions execution of the order were specified in the draft provisions of the contract (PPU), constituting Annex No. 5 to the SWZ.
A partial offer is understood as individual agreed parts in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. The contractor may submit an offer for any parts or for the entire subject of the contract.
5. The Ordering Party envisages selecting the most advantageous offer using an electronic auction.
