Description:
1. The subject of the order is the supply of food products, the detailed description, range and estimated quantities of which are included in the Assortment and Price Form constituting Appendix No. 5 to SWZ.2. Deliveries will be made every day from Monday to Friday, in quantity and assortment, in accordance with the Ordering Party's orders, submitted by telephone or e-mail.3. Place of delivery of the subject of the contract: delivery to two points: delivery point 1 - the Ordering Party's warehouse at the Primary School. UE in Przywidz ul. Szkolna 1 at 6.00 - 7.30 and delivery point 2 - the Ordering Party's warehouse at the Primary School them. UE in Przywidz ul. Cisowa 12 at 6.00-7.304. The Contractor will be obliged to deliver the ordered assortment at his own expense to the registered office of the Ordering Party.5. The Ordering Party emphasizes that the quantities given in the Product and Price Form are the estimated demand for the duration of the contract. Ordering party reserves the right to use only part of the product range. The ordering party will use 60% of the quantity of products specified in the task.
