Description:
Part No. I Package No. 1 - Delivery of pork, beef and meat products. CPV code: 15100000-9 Animal products, meat and meat products. The subject of the order is the delivery of food products generally to the headquarters of the Senior+ Day Care Home in Widnica (code 58-100) at ul. Saperw No. 27 (hereinafter referred to as DDS+). Deliveries to other entities will be made sporadically. Supplies of goods will be intended for preparing dinners, conducting culinary and therapeutic classes, special events and meeting other needs of the Ordering Party. The Contractor will be obliged to deliver the goods by means of transport at your own expense, in accordance with the applicable GMP/GHP requirements and the HACCP system (transport, loading and unloading are to be included in the offer price) to the Ordering Party and unloading it at the DDS Widnica headquarters, in the room indicated by an authorized employee, i.e. bringing the goods to individual warehouses located in the DDS building.
