Description:
1. The subject of the order is the supply of food products to the kindergarten canteen of the Local Government Kindergarten Dwarf Haabay in Wielopole Skrzyskie at 39-110 Wielopole Skrzyskie 265. The order consists in the provision of cyclical deliveries of food products in the period from January 1, 2026 to 30/06/2026 r.The subject of the order is divided into three parts: Part I - fruit, vegetables, dairy products, cereal products, other food products; A detailed description of the individual parts of the order is included in Annexes No. 6a and 6b to the SWZ - price forms - which should be submitted together with the offer in accordance with the part of the order which applies to the offer.
