- 1. The subject of the order is the supply of food products for the Mechanical and Electrical School Complex in Żywiec in 2026. 9 parts: Part 1: Delivery of vegetables and fruit. A detailed description of the subject of the order, including the type and quantity of ordered products, is set out in the List of products, constituting Annex No. 5.1 to SWZ.2. Quantities provided by the Ordering Party in the Product Lists, constituting Annexes No. 5.1 to 5.9 to the SWZ, are only estimates and are only used to calculate the offer price and compare the submitted offers. The amount of actual demand for products may differ from the amounts indicated in the Product List, provided that the total value ordered products will not be less than 50% of the value of a given contract. The Contractor's remuneration will result from the number of products actually delivered and the unit prices offered. The contract concluded with the contractor selected in the tender procedure will be settled on the basis of the offer of unit prices and actually delivered products, based on the demand submitted by the Ordering Party.
