Description:
The subject of the order is the supply of food products for the Municipal Information, Culture, Sports and Recreation Center based in Dugosiodło. Deliveries will be carried out periodically by the Contractor's transport and at his expense to the kitchens operated by the Ordering Party located in: a) Public Primary School them. Tadeusza Kociuszki, ul. T. Kociuszki 5, 07-210Dugosiodo,b) School Complex in Stary Bosewo, ul. Rozwojowa 19, Stare Bosewo, 07-210 Dugosiodo. Each product should be delivered in the required packaging. Cyclical deliveries will be made as follows: 1. Part I fresh pork and poultry 3 times during the week (Monday to Friday) from from 6.00 a.m. to 7.00 a.m., in justified cases, the Ordering Party expects deliveries on the day of placing the order - orders may be placed until 7.00 a.m., and delivery must take place by 12.00 p.m. Delivery of food products will be made each time based on the order by telephone or via e-mail submitted by the Ordering Party, in which he will indicate the ordered products and quantity, no later than 12.00 before the delivery date (in the case of part I, the Ordering Party provides do...
