Description:
1. The subject of the order is the successive delivery of food to the Municipal Kindergarten No. 15 Colorful Windmill in Supsko2. The order was divided into 9 partial tasks: 2.1. Task No. 1: Delivery of eggs to Municipal Kindergarten No. 15 Colorful Windmill in Supsko3. The contractor will deliver the products food being the subject of the order successively, in accordance with the orders placed. A detailed description, estimated quantity and frequency of deliveries of the products subject to the order are included in Annex No. 5 to the SWZ. Detailed description of the subject of the order (separate partial task from No. 1 to No. 9).4. Ordering party informs that the product quantities indicated in the order documentation are only estimated quantities. The Ordering Party allows the possibility of limiting deliveries to 50% of the total value of the subject of the contract, and the Contractor will not have any claims related to the delivery of the remaining iloci.
