Description:
1. The subject of the order is the successive delivery of food products to the Municipal Kindergarten No. 4, appropriate to the needs of the Ordering Party. Misia Uszatek in Polkowice for 2026. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Appendix No. 2 (Description of the subject of the order) to the SWZ. 3. Given product quantities in Appendix No. 2 (Description of the subject of the order) to the ToR are estimates and may change during the execution of the contract (change, i.e. increase or decrease up to 50%). 4. The Ordering Party undertakes to order the total delivery of the subject of the order specified in Annex No. 2 (Description of the subject of the order) to the SWZ for a total amount of at least 60% of the gross value specified by the Contractor in the Offer Form - Appendix No. 1 (Offer Form) to the SWZ for each part of the subject of the order. 5. The item of delivery must meet the requirements set out by: - Regulation (EC) No 852/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 29, 2004 on the hygiene of foodstuffs, - Act of August 25, 2006 on food and nutrition safety, - Regulation of the Minister of Health of July 26, 2016 on groups of foodstuffs intended for do...
