Description:
1. The subject of the order is the successive delivery of food products to the Municipal Kindergarten No. 5 in Polkowice for 2026, appropriate to the needs of the Ordering Party. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Appendix No. 2 (Description of the subject of the order) to the SWZ. 3. The product quantities given in Appendix no 2 (Description of the subject of the order) to the SWZ are estimated quantities and may change during the execution of the contract (change, i.e. increase or decrease up to 50%). 4. The Ordering Party undertakes to place a joint delivery order for the subject of the order specified in Annex No. 2 (Description of the subject of the order) to SWZ on an amount of at least 60% of the gross value specified by the Contractor in the Offer Form - Appendix No. 1 (Offer Form) to the SWZ for each part of the subject of the order. 5. The item of delivery must meet the requirements set out by: - Regulation (EC) No 852/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 29 April 2004 on the hygiene of foodstuffs, - Act of August 25, 2006 on food and nutrition safety, - Regulation of the Minister of Health of July 26, 2016 on groups of foodstuffs intended for sale baby...
