Description:
The subject of the order is the delivery of food products to the Municipal Center No. 1 KRASNAL 59-101 Polkowice ul. Spdzielcza 3 specified below. Part 1 - animal products, meat and meat products. The Ordering Party allows the submission of partial offers within the scope specified in the description of the subject of the order. Delivered the item of delivery must meet the requirements set out in Regulation (EC) No. 852/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 29 April 2004 on the hygiene of foodstuffs (OJ EU L 139, 30/04/2004, p. 1; OJ EU Polish special edition, chapter 13, vol. 34, p. 319), as well as the Act of August 25, 2006 on food and nutrition safety (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2015, item 594, as amended) and other legal acts in the field of food law.
