- The subject of the order is the successive deliveries of meat, meat products and poultry in the assortment and quantities specified in Annex 1. The quantities given are the estimated demand for a period of 10.5 months. The items covered by this procedure must meet the requirements of Polish PN standards or European harmonized standards and be consistent with the requirements contained in the Regulation of the Minister of Health of July 26, 2016 on the group of foodstuffs intended for sale to children and adolescents in the units of the education system and the requirements that must be met by foodstuffs used as part of the collective nutrition of children and adolescents youth in these units (Journal of Laws of 2016, item 1154 of 2016/08/01).
