Description:
The subject of the order is the supply of food products to Primary School No. 2 in Polkowice specified below. The task was divided into eight parts: Part 1 - 15800000-6 - Various food products. The Ordering Party allows the submission of partial offers within the scope specified in the description of the subject of the order. The delivered item must meet the requirements specified in Regulation (EC) No. 852/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 29 April 2004 on the hygiene of foodstuffs (OJ EU L 139, 30/04/2004, p. 1; OJ EU Polish special edition, chapter 13, vol. 34, p. 319), as well as the Act of August 25, 2006 on food and nutrition safety (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2015, item 594, as amended) and other legal acts in the field of food law.
