Description:
The subject of the order is: Delivery of food products to the school canteen, kindergarten canteen and obka canteen in Dobre - GKI 271/13/2025. A detailed description of the subject of the order with the type and quantity of the assortment constituting the subject of the delivery is included in Annex No. 1 to SWZ.1. The offered food products must be of good quality, meets the quality parameters specified for a given product range by the Polish National Standards, meets sanitary and epidemiological requirements and the principles of the HACCP system, and has an appropriate expiry date for a given product range, ensuring its safe consumption.2. The ordering party reserves the right to request for the offered assortment, submitting a written confirmation that the given product is approved for circulation and consumption, issued by the body authorized to control the quality of food products.3. Deliveries of food products must be carried out in accordance with the principles of GHP (Good Hygienic Practice) - Dobra Hygienic Practice) regarding mainly: 1) quality certificate for the supply of meat, meat products, milk and milk products, honey, fish, and for the supply of eggs - a current certificate from the District Veterinary Inspectorate about subject to...
