Description:
1. A detailed description of the subject of the order is attached as Appendix No. 1 to SWZ.2. Deliveries together with the delivery document will be made in accordance with orders placed via e-mail or telephone, depending on the needs of the ordering party, on business days, no more frequently than: -, Mondays - Thursdays from 6:30-7:00 and 13:00-13:30, Fridays from 6:30-7:30. The Ordering Party reserves the right to order delivery at a convenient time.3. Details regarding the products, their quantity and grammage are included in the price lists in parts 1 to 2: Annex No. 4.1 to 4.2 to SWZ4, respectively. Ordering party requires delivery of the delivered products by a means of transport consistent with the requirements of the Act of August 25, 2006 on food and nutrition safety.5. All articles must comply with the Regulation of the Minister of Health of July 26, 2016 on groups of foodstuffs intended for sale children and young people in the units of the education system and the requirements that must be met by foodstuffs used as part of the collective nutrition of children and young people in these units.6.
