Description:
The subject of the order is the successive delivery of food products (including unloading) for the Social Welfare Home in Moczary in the period from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026, divided into the following parts of the order: 1. General food products, task no. 1/2026 4.2. Quantities given in the description of the subject of the order, appendix No. 3, were determined on the basis of last year's needs and will be used only to compare and evaluate offers. The Ordering Party, despite exercising due diligence due to the nature of its business, reserves the right to produce a changed number of individual items, i.e. in a quantity not less than than 75% of the maximum quantities specified in Annex No. 3. The actual quantities of items ordered will depend on the needs reported during the duration of the contract and will be settled according to the unit prices given in the offer.
