- 1. The subject of the order is the delivery of food products to the Special Educational and Educational Center in Żywiec, 6 parts: Part 1: Delivery of meat and cold cuts. A detailed description of the subject of the order, including the type and quantity of ordered products, is set out in the List of Products, constituting Annex No. 5.1 to SWZ.2. Quantities given by the Ordering Party in the Product Lists, constituting Annexes No. 5.1 to 5.6 to the SWZ, are only estimates and are only used to calculate the offer price and compare the submitted offers. The amount of actual demand for products may differ from the amounts indicated in the List of Products, subject to the reservation that the total value of the ordered products will not be less than 50% of the value of a given contract, unless the Ordering Party is unable to place an order due to exceptional circumstances, in particular due to the COVID-19 epidemic. The Contractor's remuneration will result from the number of products actually delivered and the unit prices offered. Agreement concluded with the contractor selected through the tender procedure will be settled on the basis of the unit prices offered in the offer and the products actually delivered, based on the orders submitted by the Ordering Party. z...
