The subject of the order is the delivery of food products to Szpital Lipno Sp. z o. o. in Lipno, broken down into packages: Package no. 1 - Dairy products Package no. 2 - Groceries Package no. 3 - Meat and poultry Package no. 4 - Meat products I Package no. 5 - Meat products II Package no. 6 - Vegetables and fruits Package no.No. 7 - Bread Package No. 8 - Frozen fish Package No. 9 - Frozen vegetables and fruit Package No. 10 - Convenience products Package No. 11 - Chicken eggs an integral part of it. 3. The Ordering Party admitsthe possibility of submitting partial bids. 11 parts called packages have been created. 4. The food products offered must meet the requirements set out in the Act of 25 August 2006 on food and nutrition safety (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 1252, as amended), and their production mustand comply with the principles of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice), GHP (Good Hygiene Practice) and HACCP (Food Health Safety Management System). The contractor is obliged to deliver food products at his own expense, and the transport should meet sanitary requirementson means of food transport (in accordance with the Act of 25 August 2006 on food and nutrition safety, Journal of Laws of 2019, item 1252, as amended) and Regulation EC No. 852/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 29 April 2004 on the hygiene of foodstuffs. made by...
