Description:
1. The subject of the order is the supply of food rations in accordance with the order documents.
2. The subject of the contract was divided into 3 tasks (parts).
3. Description of the subject of the contract is contained in the order documents - i.e. SWZ, Annex 4 to SWZ - OPZ/Recipe/Specifications/WDTT/Catalog cards Pjl.
4. Information on the type and number of individual assortment within each task was specified in SWZ and Annex 2 to SWZ - the price form constituting the documents of the order.
5. The Purchaser provides for the possibility of exercising the right of options in the scope of these proceedings.
Task No. 1 - group food rations "PS"
1. The subject of the contract is the supply of group food rations "PS" in the quantities specified in the order documents.
2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract was specified in SWZ and in Annex 4 to SWZ - OPZ/Reipes/Specifications/WDTT/Catalog cards Pjl.
3. Information on the type and the number of assortment obtained as part of the order is specified in Annex 2 to SWZ - price form.
4. The terms of the contract were specified in the planned provisions of the contract (hereinafter referred to as PPU) constituting Annex 3a to SWZ.
5. The contracting authority provides It is possible to exercise the right of options for this task.
