Description:
Brief description of the subject of the order: The subject of the proceedings is the delivery of food vouchers and commodity vouchers, hereinafter referred to as vouchers for MOPS customers, with a total nominal value of PLN 134,000 (in words: one hundred and thirty-four thousand zlotys 00/100). The ordering party requires the vouchers to be delivered in paper form. No dIt is not possible to deliver vouchers in electronic form, e.g. electronic cards. Food vouchers will entitle MOPS customers to purchase groceries, excluding alcohol and tobacco products. MOPS customers can use gift vouchers to purchase, among others: chemical products (cosmetics, household chemicals)), medical devices, household products and food products, excluding alcohol and tobacco products. The vouchers will be redeemed at commercial establishments indicated by the Contractor, i.e. points where the vouchers will be redeemed, excluding: gas stations, travel agencies, recreation centers, hotels,n, bookstores, music stores and jewelry stores. The Ordering Party requires that the vouchers be redeemed in at least 4 commercial establishments located in the City of Bechatow. The facilities indicated by the Contractor will be open from Monday to Friday from 7 a.m. to 1 a.m....
