Description:
1. The subject of the contract is divided into 2 parts:
Part 1 - ice cream
Part No. 2 - silage
The supplier is obliged to be at the latest by the end of the deadline designated for submitting offers, i.e. until July 4, 2025. until 9:00 to deliver to the Employer, i.e. to the food warehouse w Nutrition cell of the product sample indicated in SWZ. On other days from Monday to Friday from from 8:00 to 13.00.
2. Excavation and number of required samples:
Part 1-ice cream-up to 0.5 l cream ice cream, up to 0.5 l chocolate ice cream
Part 2- Silage- up to 0.30 kg sauerkraut, up to 0.30 kg pickled cucumber
2. When choosing the offer, the Employer will be guided by the following criteria for the evaluation of offers (part No. 1 to 16): Criterion I - price (gross price from the offer form) - weight 60 %, criterion II - quality - weight 40 %
1. Members of the plant tender committee will also be a team Tasting. 2. Members of the tasting team tasting one type of product using their senses (each part will be assessed separately). 3. Each member of the tasting team explicitly votes his vote for a given product, giving the number of points awarded within the following ones categories.
