Description:
1. The subject of the order is the delivery in the form of factory leasing of a new garbage truck with two -chamber buildings for collection of waste with rear loading powered by CNG.
1.2. On confirmation,that the offered delivery corresponds to the technical requirements specified by the Ordering Party in the description of the subject of the contract Annex 3 to SWZ, the Contractor is obliged to attach to the offer a description of parameters drawn up on the attitude of the Employer's requirements specified in Annex 4 to SWZ - SummaryTechnical parameters.collection of waste with rear loading powered by CNG.
1.1. The setting description and method of order processing is contained in OPZ, constituting Annex 3 to SWZ.
1.2.
