Description:
The subject of this order is:
1) the Contractor to the Employer's delivery in the form of a lease for a period of 10 years 64 pieces of factory new, municipal low -floor buses (36 single -part and 28 articulated), without indirect steps in the middle transition and without steps inall doors), meeting the requirements specified in para. 2 Chapter IV SWZ and in Annexes No. 12A, 12B, 12C and 12D to SWZ,
2) granting by the Contractor to the Employer the authorization of the authorized service station (ASO) in the field of service and repair of delivered buses for a period equal to a periodthe lease period, i.e. 10 years, in accordance with the conditions set out in the service contract, constituting Annex 11B to SWZ,
3) maintaining the subject of the lease by the contractor in a state of use for use throughout the entire lease period, which the Contractor will order the Ordering Party on the terms set out in the termsa service contract, constituting Annex 11B to SWZ,
4) the contractor to the contracting authority for a fee delivery of workshop equipment, to which the Contractor will provide a guarantee, in accordance with the manufacturer's/contractor's warranty, but not less than 12 months from the date of signing the protocolacceptance,
5) training by the contractor of the Employer's employees to the extent indicated in the bus lease agreement, constituting Annex 11a to SWZ,
6) the contractor's transfer to the Employer to the technical documentation described in the bus lease agreement, constituting Annex 11a toSWZ,
