Description:
1. The subject of the order is the delivery in the form of long-term (36 months) rental of three, maximum 2-year (maximum mileage of the tractor unit 100,000 km) sets of tractor units with moving floor semi-trailers.
2. The subject of the order will be delivered to the registered office of the Ordering Party: street Lubelska 53, 10-410 Olsztyn.
3.The sets must be registered and insured (AC, third party liability insurance, accident insurance without the Ordering Party's own participation and the Assistance service).
4. The Ordering Party does not anticipate purchasing the sets after the rental period.
6. The order completion time is up to 41 months from the date of issuing the order commencement of the implementation of the contract, whereby:
6.1.The delivery deadline for two chargers is: up to 5 months from the date of signing the contract,
6.2. The rental period is: 36 months from the protocol handover of the sets or up to a period corresponding to 255,000 km, for each set, depending on which event will happen faster (for each set).
