- The subject of the contract is "Delivery in the form of operating leasing of a brand new garbage truck with the function of washing containers on a 2-axle chassis". 1) A DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE GARAGE TRUCK WITH THE WASHING FUNCTION IS INCLUDED IN AN APPENDIX TO SWZ-OPZ (Description of the Subject of the Order) 2) The Contractor will be obliged to providesubject of the order to the seat of the Ordering Party in KΔtrzyn at ul. Budowlana 1 (warmiΕsko-mazurskie voivodship) at its own expense on the date of receipt of the order agreed by the parties. Attention! The delivery date is one of the tender evaluation criteria. 3) DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF FINANCING. LEASING REQUIREMENTSOPERATING. a) Binding method of financing the contract operating lease within the meaning of the Act of February 15, 1992. on corporate income tax (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 1406, as amended). b) Leasing period - 60 months, during which the Employer (lessee) will pay to the Contractor (1easing provider) 59 monthly leasing installments. Leasing installments will be determined with a variable interest rate and will be payable monthly, starting from the date of signing the contract, within the time limit specified in the schedule of leasing payments, which is an integral part of the contract. The interest part of the leasing installment is subject toa reduction in the event of a decrease in the WIBOR 1M rate and an increase in the event of an increase in the WIBOR 1M rate in relation to its level adopted for the calculation of the offer. The Employer informs that in the event of a decrease in WIBOR below the level of 0, the Employer allows the adoption of WIBOR = 0 for calculating lease installments...
