Description:
1. The subject of the order is:
Delivery in the form of an operational lease with the option of buying one piece of factory new, produced not earlier than in 2024. a car intended for the collection and transport of municipal waste - garbage trucks, with rear loading of waste, on a three -axis chassis,meeting the EURO 6 standard in the field of exhaust emissions, as well as meeting the technical requirements specified in the provisions in force in Poland for vehicles traveling on public roads, including the technical conditions set out in the Act of 20 June 1997 Road Traffic Law(Journal of Laws 2018.1990 of 2018.10.17) and executive ordinances to this Act. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract and the requirements of the Ordering Party in relation to the subject of the contract are specified in:
2.1. Annex 2 to SWZ: detailed description of the subject of the contract (OPZ),
2.2. Annex 3to SWZ: planned provisions of the contract,
3. The Contractor undertakes to sell the subject of the contract indicated by the Ordering Party of the lessor on the principles and conditions set out in this procedure and the submitted offer.
4. The sales contract will be concluded between the contractor and the lessor(buyer) with the participation of the Ordering Party.
5. The invoice for performing the subject of the contract will be issued to the lessor (buyer).
6. These proceedings are conducted with effect to a third party, i.e. the leaseback selected by the Employer.
