Description:
1. The subject of the order is the delivery in the form of factory leasing of the new mobile disk scorer for waste fractionation
2. Taxproof scope of the subject of the contract:
a) Mobile disk screening screen for screening municipal waste based on a mobile pre -shredder(Equipped with the Employer) consisting of:
• Double -detective disks screening
• Factory machine new
• year of production 2025,
• Machine made of serial production (not a prototype),
b) charging basket:
• minimum capacity 3.5m3,
• loading height not more than 3400mm,
•charging with a minimum width of 1200 mm,
• conveyor drive feeding,
• regulation of the speed conveyor speed,
• hydraulically folding backward side of the charging basket,
c) sieve deck
• The total surface of the deck of a minimum of 11m2
• length of the minimum screening6900mm,
• screening deck made of a hexagonal -shaped disk,
• a sieve deck enabling a signs of 0/80 mm from municipal waste,
• a system enabling release of materials from the inter -ditch,
• screening disks made of hardox material at least 400,
• board electric drivedisk with smooth speed control using inverter,
• minimum two electrical drives of the disk deck with a total power in the range of 15-20 kW,
• Central automatic bearing lubrication system,
D) a conveyor of a heap of fine fraction
• heaps of noise not less than 3600...
