Description:
The subject of the order is the delivery in the form of operational lease of one (1) piece of factory new bus (year of production 2025) of a low -floor midi class with a maximum length of up to 10.5 meters.
The contractor will be obligeddeliver the subject of the contract to the headquarters of the Ordering Party at ul. Szymon 17a in Zakopane (Lesser Poland Voivodeship) at their own expense on the day of receipt of the subject of the contract established by the parties.
General requirements for the subject of the contract:
1) The bus is to be brand new (according to the definition of the Act of 20June 1997 - Road Traffic Law (i.e., Journal of Laws of 2018, item 1990, as amended) and have a current vehicle -type approval certificate in the ordinance of the Minister of Transport, Construction and Maritime Economy of 25 March 2013 on vehicle approvalcar and trailers as well as their equipment or parts (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2015, item 1475).
2) The technical solutions used must be checked. The bus offered by the contractor cannot be a prototype bus. The bus must be produced as standard, i.e. to be located in the currentContractor's sale offer.
3) The construction of the bus (including the quality and selection of the materials used) should be made in accordance with the standards and regulations in force in this respect.
