The subject of the order is the delivery in the form of a factory-new or used operating lease (with a mileage of up to 10 mth) telescopic adoration for the task of disposal of waste JANIK Sp. from O.O. The scope of the declining and the technical specification is particularly described in Impact No. 2 to SWZ. ,, 1) The Contractor will be obliged to:, conclusion of an operating lease agreement for a period of 36 months;, the presentation of the applicable and unchanging offer of 35 month-old leasing ratings paused in accordance with the schedule Patunics, taking into account the Net + VAT net value and the amount of the purchase of the machine in a height of 1% Net + VAT, granting a minimum of 12 months of warranty for the correct operation of the machine and servicing included in the costs of the leasing installment, training of the ordering personnel in the service Machines.
